My Nutritional Program

Hello here I’m again!! After a marvellous and an amazing holiday in Greece, I’m finally ready for my new :-) Yesterday I went to Laura, my metabolic balance coach, she told me again about the metabolic programme and explained me the basic rules and at the end she handed me my individual nutritional plan out.

I’m very happy and satisfied with my nutritional program, as it is so various and rich. I can eat different kinds of meat and fish, even cattle filet and pork!! :-) Vegetables and fruits are also multi-colored.. mixed (!) .. present on my list, and mhhh I love them!! Laura means that I’m very lucky to get such a manifold nutritional plan. Yeahh :-)

It’s me again, in the meantime I visited my nutritionist, who informed me about the metabolism based cure carefully and.. convinced me :-D !

I also did the blood screenings.. based on 36 blood test values, an individual plan based on metabolic parameters is determined. The blood values and other data, body measurements and lifestyle are all accurately analyzed by Dr. Funfack’s computer program and in the end personally customized nutrition plan is put together.

Hello here I am! I’m Ale and I will report you in the next few weeks and month about my experience with the nutritional program developed by Dr. Wolf Funfack and other nutrition scientists.
